We’re based in Christchurch, New Zealand, but we service clients nationwide and internationally. Thanks to digital tools, we can assist you no matter where you’re located. Our adviser works with clients across New Zealand via online meetings, phone, and email, and we can arrange face-to-face meetings by appointment for local Christchurch clients.

For most standard home loans, our advice and brokerage services are free to you – we’re typically paid by the lender through a commission. In rare cases where a fee might apply (e.g., if we arrange a loan through a lender that doesn’t pay a commission or if your situation requires extra work), we will explain the reason and get your agreement in writing beforehand. Rest assured, in the vast majority of cases, our service is free to you.

We have access to a wide panel of lenders through our membership in the Kiwi Adviser Network. This includes all the major New Zealand banks – such as ANZ, ASB, BNZ, Westpac, Kiwibank, TSB, SBS, and The Co‑operative Bank – as well as many non-bank and specialist lenders like Avanti Finance, Liberty Financial, Pepper Money, Southern Cross, and others. We will identify the lender(s) that best fit your needs and explain our recommendations as part of the mortgage advice process. We provide home loan and mortgage advice, covering almost every aspect of residential lending: from buying your first home, to next-home or upgrade loans, to investment property mortgages and restructuring or refinancing existing loans. We also assist with specialized lending needs like new construction or renovation loans and debt consolidation loans secured by a home. However, we do not currently advise on personal insurance or detailed investment/retirement planning – if you need help with those, we can refer you to a trusted specialist adviser. Our goal is to guide you through the home financing process and find the right loan solution for your situation.

We’re flexible in how we meet with clients. Most of our clients prefer online video calls or phone calls for convenience, allowing you to get expert mortgage advice from the comfort of your home, anywhere in New Zealand (or overseas). If you’re in Christchurch and prefer a face-to-face meeting, we’re happy to arrange an in-person appointment at your home or another convenient location. We’ll work with you in whatever way suits you best, whether virtually or in person.
